Originally from western Pennsylvania, a pivotal point in A.G. Mock's literary journey took place at age 19 when he made the decision to relocate on his own to England. At the time he had no idea that by doing so he was actually following in the footsteps of Edgar Allan Poe, Henry James, T.S. Eliot, Sylvia Plat, Mark Twain and more by choosing to immerse himself in the culture of our British cousins.
Making his home in Yorkshire, Mock became inspired by the gothic energy of the bleak and haunting Yorkshire Moors while being introduced to the works of such literary masters as horror author James Herbert, thriller author Ruth Rendell, and the iconic mysteries of Agatha Christie.
